PIG ROAST
Our full pig roast is served straight from our specialised slow-roasting machine, where the pig is prepared, seasoned and roasted for around 12 hours. Upon serving, the pork is tender, juicy and tasty - not forgetting the added benefit of crispy crackling. The pulled pork is served in a soft white roll with all the trimmings (gluten free rolls available upon request). Great for outdoor events and parties - the aroma alone will keep you coming back for more.
Full Pig Roast - from
A fully slow roasted pig, 200 large bread rolls, sage and onion stuffing, apple sauce, condiments, plates, napkins and cutlery. Additional fee payable on venues further than 10 miles.

HOT BUFFET
A hot buffet is a great way to serve traditional Pork and Stuffing Rolls, alongside firm favourites such as Sausage & Onion Rolls, Handmade Beef Burgers and more. We recommend this option for smaller parties where a full pig wouldn't be suitable, or for those who prefer a selection. Prices per roll - include serving, plates/napkins and all condiments.
Pork & Stuffing Roll
Sliced pork loin, served with sage and onion stuffing in a white bread roll.
